If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of payment please email PamAckerson@adcmagazine.com. Sometimes PayPal doesn't let us know a payment has been made. We now have Square and can accept Credit Card payments with them as well. If you'd prefer to make payments using Square with your credit card we can invoice you through our Square account.

PayPal buttons are for your convenience. Recurring payments can be arranged using PayPal for print and online advertising.

Space Rates: Multi-Issue Rates Available. First print advertisement must be paid in full and reservations for the future ads require a 50% advanced, nonrefundable deposit.

Ads should be created to the following specs: (width x height in inches)
One-quarter page: 2 x 3
Half page vertical: 4.25 x 11
Half page horizontal: 8.5 x 5.5
Full page, inside front and back: 8.5 x 11
Front and back cover: 8.5 x 11
Affaire de Coeur will accept electronic ads in most formats. .jpg, .png., or .pdf would be preferred and all ads MUST be submitted in 300 dpi or higher. Make sure you leave a .25 space with no text past the trim lines.
Contract and Copy Regulations
Ad space is reserved on a first-come/first-served basis. The advertiser who submits a signed contract first will be given first choice of advertising space. Acceptance on all advertising is subject to publisher's approval and agreement by the advertiser to indemnity and protects the publisher from loss or expense on claims or suits based upon the contents of the subject matters of such advertisements. This includes, but is not limited to suits or liable, plagiarism, copyright infringement and unauthorized use of a person's name or photograph. Cancellation is not accepted after the closing dates. Cancellation of any portion of a contract voids all rate and position protection. Charges for difficult composition, artwork, engraving, etc., will be made to advertiser at currently prevailing rates.
Policies and Commissions
We do not link to or promote porn sites
Affaire de Coeur is issued bi-monthly and are released mid-month in the following months: February, April, June, August, October, December.
Closing date is six weeks before publication. All payments are due upon receiving the invoice unless prior arrangements have been made. All discounts are void if payment is not received within 30 days of publication.

We advertise and promote our authors, website, and magazine. In the last several months, according to twitter, we've been reaching over 1 million readers a month.
We have had an average readership of 5 pages per visitor.
We know that in order for our magazine to stay in competition with the ever increasing review web pages that are created every day, we have to advertise as well. Due to Amazon policies, we no longer post reviews on Amazon. We post announcements on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Google+ and various other networking sites that our reviewers and administrators belong to. We have advertised on Facebook, AOL, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Adwords, and other seach engines. We have advertised in the RWA Newsletter, ARRA, Blogtalk Radio, and various media outlets. We have a large following for our newsletter and send announcements out at least twice a month.
And we aren't afraid to link our readers to other web pages. We want our readers to find our authors and advertisers.
And what has this type of marketing done for us -- for our authors and advertisers? We have steadily increased our readership on the website in the past year. By increasing our reach, hits, and readership, our authors are receiving the benefits of our increasing progress.
